Community energy espresso training

Energy communities can be an immensely powerful tool for a local government to bring people together and benefit everybody in many ways. However, for an energy community to be thriving and diverse, it needs the involvement of the local government.

PET, as one of Energy Cities’ selected baristas, will deliver espresso training for those LSGs that are supportive of energy community establishment. PET experts will deliver 4 hands-on modules for local governments to level up their city-citizen collaborations.

The trainings are self-paced e-learning courses for municipal employees and leaders on community energy that include information on what can cities do around the energy community, modes of financing and co-investment, ways to facilitate dialogues, and how to give access to municipal assets.
