  • Networking local authorities with other active ones at the national and international level (Covenant of Mayors…)

  • Providing support in urban planning activities related to energy, energy efficiency, and transport

  • Supporting local visioning and strategies for sustainable development

  • Advising local programs for co-financing of households and citizens

  • Providing expert support in the transformation of the local regulations related to energy and energy efficiency
